Vision and Mission Statements for Investors

Vision: Invest with knowledge and safety.

Mission: Every investor should be able to invest in right investment products based on their needs, manage and monitor them to meet their goals, access research reports, and enjoy financial wellness.

This charter is pursuant to SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 and applicable SEBI circulars for Research Analysts.

Business and Services Provided

  • Publish research reports based on the research activities of the Research Analyst.
  • Provide an independent and unbiased view on securities.
  • Offer unbiased recommendations with required financial-interest disclosures.
  • Provide research recommendations based on publicly available information and known observations.
  • Conduct annual audit and maintain applicable records.
  • Ensure advertisements comply with the Advertisement Code for Research Analysts.

Client Onboarding

Research services include sharing terms and conditions, completing KYC for fee-paying clients, and providing the Investor Charter and MITC at onboarding.

Research Reports and Recommendations

Research reports and recommendations are distributed without discrimination. Confidentiality is maintained until publication in the public domain, and client data is treated with honesty, fairness, and professionalism.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism

  1. Lodge complaint with Research Analyst: Investors should first approach Vinay Sharma at vinaysharma0407@gmail.com or 09953766808. Grievances will be resolved promptly and not later than 21 calendar days from receipt.
  2. SEBI SCORES Portal: If the complaint is not redressed satisfactorily, investors may lodge a complaint at scores.gov.in.
  3. SMART ODR Portal: Retail clients may initiate dispute resolution through smartodr.in where applicable.
  4. Physical Complaints to SEBI: Investors may write to the Office of Investor Assistance and Education, SEBI Bhavan, Plot No. C4-A, G Block, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai - 400 051.

Rights of Investors

  • Right to privacy and confidentiality, except where disclosure is required by law.
  • Right to transparent practices, fair and equitable treatment, and adequate information.
  • Right to receive mandatory disclosures at onboarding and on a continuing basis.
  • Right to fair and true advertisements and awareness about service parameters.
  • Right to be heard, receive satisfactory redressal, and exit as per agreed terms.
  • Right against coercive or unfair clauses and right to provide feedback.

Responsibilities of Investors - Do's and Don'ts

Do's

  • Always deal with a SEBI registered Research Analyst and verify the registration certificate.
  • Check disclosures made in research reports before investing.
  • Pay through banking channels only and maintain signed receipts.
  • Read the MITC, Risk Disclosure Document, and Investor Charter before signing up.
  • Inform SEBI about any Research Analyst offering assured or guaranteed returns.

Don'ts

  • Do not provide funds for investment to the Research Analyst.
  • Do not make payment in cash or allow the Research Analyst to execute trades on your behalf.
  • Do not share trading, demat, password, or OTP credentials.
  • Do not act on unsolicited tips or ignore risk disclosures in research reports.
